We
are a small
cattery in
Gippsland,
Victoria in
Australia. My
husband and I
have loved
animals all of
our lives and we can enjoy
this wonderful
hobby as we are
retired now.
All
of our cats are
living with us
in the house and
can roam free,
even our stud
boy Sampson
enjoys this
freedom most of
the time, except
when the girls
are coming in
heat.
Our
cats have an
absolute
incredible
personality and
disposition. We
consider ourselves
very fortunate
to have gotten
our hands
on those great
old lines, and
we will be
forever grateful
to those
breeders, some
are not breeding
any longer, who
have put so much
passion, effort,
sweat and tears
into lines which
have produced
just the type of
Persians we
wanted. Large,
cobby bodies,
heavy boning,
short legs and
tails, tiny
ears, large eyes
and a wonderful
dense coat which
doesn't need a
lot of grooming.
Our
lines are
Skylandia,
Rosmair, Thor,
Martes, Tuam,
Wangalo, Bar-B
(US) Skipjacks (
US ) just to
name a few.
The credit
goes to all
those breeders
that we have such
nice kittens to
keep the lines
going
Our
special thanks
goes to Cheryl
and Sheridan
from Skylandia
cattery,
Rosemary DeMeur
from Rosmair
Cattery who have
been so kind and
helpful and
trusted us with
their babies. It
is not easy if
you know
somebody only by
email or phone.
Also
a special Thank
You goes to my
good friend
Theresa Imboden-Johnson
who is always
there if I have
questions and
never tires to
answer them.
What a great
Lady.
A
special Thank
You goes to my
very dear friend
Barbara from
Windeacres
Persians and
Exotics in New
Zealand, who
also keeps coaching
me with sound
advice through
the "rough
"patches.
She is always
there and very
close to my
heart.
A
special Thank
you goes to
Betty from
Skybank who made
it all happen in
the first place
and keeps an
"eye"
on me.
All
those Ladies are real
inspirations to
us, and we hope
to meet many
more
"nice"
people who share
our passion.
I
would also like
to mention that
all of our
kittens do not
leave here
without being
de-sexed, please
do not ask, it
is not an
option. Few
exceptions will
be made for
selected
registered
breeders....We
will not have
many litters at
all, but we
would like to
find mostly pet
homes where our
babies are
spoilt and
loved.
